Düsseldorf 06.04.2021 – The state governments of several German federated states, including North Rhine-Westphalia, have announced plans to introduce compulsory testing at schools after the Easter vacations. The North Rhine-Westphalia branch of the dieBasis political party criticizes this plan and calls for a concept that makes it possible to attend school without having to resort to compulsory testing.

(translation)
“School yes, compulsory testing no” – this is the position of dieBasis NRW summed up in a nutshell. dieBasis NRW calls on the state of NRW to develop a sensible, evidence-based strategy that is in line with WHO guidelines with regard to the detection of infections in order to deal with the virus in such a way that children are not coerced into testing and, if necessary, psychologically and physically harmed.
